PARKS at BOULDER CREEK

  2. We received a verbal commitment from Kroger's to place a 129,000 square foot store on the West Tract. We are currently negotiating the contract to either Build to Suit or sell the land. Other Outparcel users we are negotiating with include CVS, 2 Banks, Taco Bell and a number of other nationals retailers to be named later.
     
  3. We have started construction on a 70,000 square foot Shopping Center on the east tract . Some of the tenants currently negotiating on the site include Starbucks, Countrywide Mortgage and other regional and local tenants to be named soon.
